二次利用
フィドロサミルが制作した音源の二次利用について、少しお問い合わせが増えてきたので、随時この記事にまとめていきたいと思います。
なお、利用制限・許可はその時々によって変わっていくと思いますので、あらかじめご了承のうえ、常に最新の条件をご確認ください。

音源等について
お使いいただける場合は、次の＜条件Ａ＞が基本となります。
基本的にはどんどん二次利用をしていただきたいと私たちは考えています。
フィドロサミル以外が原作者の曲の場合、投稿先の著作権条件等にご注意ください。
＜条件Ａ＞
・動画説明文に「フィドロサミル」のクレジット表示と該当動画のURL記載
・（やってくれると嬉しい）動画内での「フィドロサミル」のクレジット表示
・ニコニコ動画の場合はコンテンツツリー（親作品・子作品）登録
１．歌ってみた
「条件Ａ」 で歓迎しております。連絡不要です。
２．ＭＭＤ化、音ゲー化
大歓迎です。基本的な条件は「条件Ａ」ですが、音ゲーの場合は難しい場合もあるでしょうし、いろいろご相談したいので、ぜひご連絡をください。
３．演奏してみた
「条件Ａ」 で歓迎しております。連絡不要です。
４．踊ってみた
「条件Ａ」 で歓迎しております。連絡不要です。
５．フィドロサミルが作曲者でない、フィドロサミルがアレンジした合唱曲を演奏会などで演奏したい
（「ようこそジャパリパークへ」「Dragon Night」など著作権が切れていないもの＝ウチが楽譜を販売していないもの。）
私たちが原作者・原権利者でないのでなんとも言えません。
入場料を取る場合は不可でしょう。
無料の演奏会の場合は、それで処罰されることはないと思いますが、なんらかのトラブルがあってもウチでは責任は取れませんので、自己責任でお願いします。
編曲者としては、パンフレットにクレジット表記「編曲：フィドロサミル」していただければ問題ありません。
これに該当する楽曲の楽譜は作っておりませんので、演奏するのに必要な場合はYouTubeのパート別音源から書き起こしてください。
６．動画内のＢＧＭとして利用したい
「条件Ａ」 で歓迎しております。連絡不要です。オリジナル曲はTikTokもご自由にどうぞ。
７．ＭＶやＰＶを創りたい
オリジナル曲・カバー曲を問わず歓迎します。「条件Ａ」で可能ですが、せっかくですのでぜひご報告をください。
８．合唱曲等の伴奏を演奏会等で使用したい
「フィドロサミルが伴奏者を務めた」という風に解釈して、連絡なしでご自由にご利用ください。
パンフレットがあれば、伴奏者のところに「フィドロサミル」とご記載いただけると幸いです。
有料の演奏会の場合はいくらかバックしていただけると嬉しいです。
（例）中学校の卒業式で歌う合唱曲「COSMOS」のピアノ伴奏者が見つけられなかったため、フィドロサミルが制作した「COSMOS ピアノ伴奏」の音源を使って合唱をした。
→連絡不要。無料のためバックなし。パンフレットがあれば「フィドロサミル」の名前を記載。
９．上記以外
個別相談になりますので、事前にご相談ください。
注意事項
一部、お使いいただけない音源・動画があります。その場合は、該当動画の概要欄に「お使いいただけません」と記載しています。
その他、例外の楽曲等もございます。その場合も、該当動画の概要欄に詳細を記載しておきますので、そちらを優先してください。
一橋大学津田塾大学合唱団ユマニテ様、および他の学校様・団体様が演奏されたフィドロサミルの管理下で投稿されている音源については、二次利用いただけませんのでご注意ください。
フィドロサミルの作品自体が二次利用を行っている場合があります。例えば、生音風カラオケ屋様の音源はよくお借りしています。そのような音源をさらに二次利用（三次利用）したい場合は、一次創作者の二次利用条件もご確認いただきますようお願いいたします。なお、生音風カラオケ屋様の場合は、生音風カラオケ屋様のクレジットとリンクも併せて表記することで三次利用・ｎ次利用ができると確認しております。
禁止事項
・「踊ってみた」「ＭＭＤ」「音楽ゲーム化」以外で音源をまるまる無編集で使うこと（「歌ってみた」「演奏してみた」等の加工がない）
・音源等の再配布
・二次利用者による二次創作部分が極端に少ない作品への使用
・暴力、宗教、政治、違法行為関連への利用等
・その他、フィドロサミルが適切でないと判断したもの
※不適切な利用を見つけた場合、使用料・著作権侵害賠償請求等させていただく場合がございます。動画の場合は予告なしで削除申請させていただく予定です。ご注意ください。
切り抜きについて
・ライブ配信は、概要欄に「切り抜きＯＫ」と書いてあるもの以外は、切り抜き禁止とします。
・ライブ配信以外の長尺動画等については、切り抜き者が字幕を付けるなど編集を施したものについてはご自由にどうぞ。
その他
二次利用により２０万円以上の収益が得られた場合、収益の20～50%（内容による）をフィドロサミルに還元していただきますようお願いいたします。

他の方に比べてわりとしっかりした規約になってしまって、逆に使いにくくなってしまってたらすみません。
基本的には「ああ、この方はフィドロサミルをリスペクトしてるな、愛があるな」って思えたらどんな二次利用でも大丈夫なんです。
私、勘が鋭いので、そういうのってなんとなくわかっちゃうんですよね・・・。
実際のところ、「完全には規約通りじゃないけど、この方めちゃくちゃフィドロサミルをリスペクトしてるな。ありがたい。全然ＯＫ！」ってなることもあります。
もちろん規約通りにしていただくに越したことはないので、できるだけ守っていただきたいのですが、一番大事にしてるポイントってそういうところだったりするのです、という独り言でした。

Please consult us in advance as it will be an individual consultation.
Precautions
There are some sound sources and videos that cannot be used. In that case, “Unavailable” is indicated in the summary column of the video.
In addition, there are exceptions. Even in that case, please give details to the summary column of the video.
Please note that the sound source posted under the control of Phydrosamir performed by Hitotsubashi University Tsuda College Choir Humanité and other schools and organizations cannot be used for secondary use.
Phydrosamir’s work itself may be used for secondary use. For example, We often borrow the sound source of “Namaotofu-karaokeya“. If you want to use such a sound source for secondary use (tertiary use), please also check the secondary use conditions of the primary creator.In the case of “Namaotofu-karaokeya”, we have confirmed that it is possible to use tertiary and n-order by credit and link notation.
Prohibited matter
・ Use the sound source completely without editing other than “I tried to dance”, “MMD”, “Music game” (no processing such as “I tried to sing” or “I tried to play”)
・ Redistribution of sound sources, etc.
・ Use for works with extremely few secondary creations by secondary users
・ Use for violence, religion, politics, illegal activities, etc.
・ Others that are determined to be inappropriate for Phydrosamir
- If we find inappropriate usage, we may charge you a royalty or copyright infringement claim. In the case of video, we will apply for deletion without notice. Please be careful.
About “clipping video”
・For live distribution, cropping is prohibited unless it is written as “Cutout OK” in the summary column.
・For long videos other than live distribution, please feel free to edit the cutouts, such as adding subtitles.
Other
If you earn more than 200,000 yen from secondary use, please return 20 to 50% of the profit (depending on the content) to Phydrosamir.

Basically, if you think, “Oh, this person has respect for Phydrosamir, he has love,” any secondary use is fine.
I have a sharp intuition, so I somehow understand that kind of thing…
In fact, there are times when I’m like, “It’s not completely according to the rules, but this person has a lot of respect for Phydrosamir. Thank you. It’s totally OK!”
Of course, it would be better if you followed the rules, so I would like you to follow them as much as possible, but that’s the point that I value the most, he said to himself.
